Job Description

The ideal candidate would need to have extensive experience in Life, Annuity and employee benefits insurance operations or business consulting with significant exposure to product management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients on L&A insurance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in L&A operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solution for response to proposals
  • Create and publish thought leadership content, generating mindshare in the marketplace.

Qualities of Candidate

  • Extensive experience in life and annuity insurance operations or consulting
  • Proven track record in product management within the L&A domain.
  • Someone who can play the role of Product Manager (Not an operational role)
  • If Operations experience, must have domain knowledge on Life and Annuities
  • Work with technology team to give the requirement of business

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Industry-specific certifications or qualifications
  • Experience working in a global or multinational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
