Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be expected to have extensive experience in Life, Annuity, and employee benefits insurance operations or business consulting, with a significant focus on product management. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing product roadmaps, providing strategic consulting on L&A insurance processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in L&A operations, collaborating on solutions for responses to proposals, and creating thought leadership content to enhance market presence. - Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends. - Provide strategic consulting to clients on L&A insurance processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in L&A operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for responses to proposals. - Create and publish thought leadership content to enhance market presence. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in life and annuity insurance operations or consulting. - Proven track record in product management within the L&A domain. - Ability to play the role of a Product Manager (Not an operational role). - Domain knowledge on Life and Annuities if coming from an Operations background. - Work closely with the technology team to communicate business requirements.,
