Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Generative AI roadmap for insurance business functions including underwriting, claims, fraud

detection, pricing, and customer experience.

• Lead, mentor, and scale global teams of Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Cloud specialists.
• Architect and deliver LLM-powered solutions (ChatGPT, Falcon, LLaMA, Dolly, LangChain, etc.) to drive automation,

intelligence, and decision support.

• Oversee the design and deployment of predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI models with measurable business

impact.

• Establish AI governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance frameworks for responsible adoption.
• Collaborate with insurance leaders and stakeholders to ensure solutions address core business priorities and client

needs.

• Leverage cloud-native AI/ML platforms (Azure ML, Databricks, GCP Vertex AI, Dataiku, MLFlow) for scalable and

secure deployments.

• Champion innovation initiatives, hackathons, and PoCs to continuously expand GenAI capabilities .
• Represent Company in executive forums, client discussions, RFPs, and industry events as a thought leader in AI for

insurance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 20+ years of IT industry experience, including 10+ years in AI/ML and 3+ years in Generative AI (LLMs, vector

databases, prompt engineering).

• Strong insurance domain expertise with proven applications in claims automation, fraud analytics, underwriting, and

policy servicing.

• Track record of managing and delivering large-scale AI programs with teams of 50+ global professionals.
• Proficiency in Generative AI tools and frameworks: OpenAI, LangChain, ChromaDB, Falcon-7B, Dolly, LLaMA,

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kedro.

• Deep expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, ML/DL architectures (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, GRU, AutoEncoders).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.
• Strong business acumen with ability to engage C-suite executives and translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Proven track record of innovation and automation, including chatbots, copilots, OCR/Form Recognizer, anomaly

detection, and knowledge graph solutions.
