Assistant Vice president (Corporate finance Valuation)

You have the opportunity to join as an Assistant Vice President in the CF Valuations team. The position is based in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Pune. With 5-7 years of experience in Valuation or M&A, you will be responsible for developing deep sectoral expertise in chosen sectors, building relationships with internal teams, managing client interactions, and exploring cross-selling opportunities. In terms of people management, you will lead and manage a team, oversee project management, and monitor a team of Analysts and Associates. It is essential to have a strong network within the valuations community or large corporates and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Your knowledge and skills should include a complete understanding of Financial & Valuations methodologies, expertise in Business Modeling and Plan Development, and the ability to analyze industry trends. You will be tasked with building a pipeline of opportunities and mandates in specific valuation areas, as well as coordinating financial, tax, commercial, and operational aspects of valuations. To qualify for this role, you should ideally be a CA (1st attempt) or an MBA from a reputed institute. This position offers a fixed budget of 24 to 30 LPA.,
