Assistant to the Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and sharp Assistant to Director to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in English communication, quick on their feet, and capable of handling a range of executive-level tasks with professionalism and discretion across different sectors like Education, Construction, Liaisoning, General Administration.

Location: Rama Road, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders

Draft, review, and manage correspondence and reports

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing materials

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

Assist in daily business operations and strategic initiatives

Key Requirements:

Post-graduate or diploma

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Quick thinker, proactive, and highly organized

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools
