About the role : We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Assistant to the Director who can bring structure, clarity, and pace to a fast-moving work environment. This role is central to keeping the Director’s schedule, communication, and ongoing projects on track - especially across events, artist coordination, and high-level partnerships. You’ll be working closely with the Director on day-to-day execution, managing the details that make big things run smoothly. Key Responsibilities : Manage the Founder’s calendar, priorities, and communication Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and logistics Support with emails, proposals, and key documents Liaise with artists, partners, vendors, and the internal team Assist with personal tasks, errands, and scheduling Ensure follow-ups happen and things stay organized Handle all responsibilities with discretion and reliability Qualifications : Prior experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role is preferred Strong communication skills (fluent English, professional tone) Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and basic task/project platforms Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and calm under pressure
