Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Kakori. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations. This includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, preparing documents, greeting visitors, and answering phone calls. The Assistant will also assist with projects, coordinate meetings, and support team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
