Oversee thread color availability, initiate and guide embroidery workshops, encourage emerging artisan talent, and manage placements and flow of embroidery during the fast-paced sampling stage. Collaborate with the merchandising team for costings, placements, and artisan scheduling, while ensuring timely approvals and production-friendly outputs.

Provide creative direction, feedback, and assertive follow-ups to push innovative results. Support the transition from sampling to production by creating swatch books and ensuring timely fabric orders in coordination with merchandising.

Sample & Line Development – Participate in sample reviews alongside merchandisers and patternmakers to identify and resolve issues of quality, fit, or design execution. Provide supporting visuals (photos, styled looks, fabric shots) for the U.S. design team to improve communication and alignment across teams.
