Key Responsibilities: Order Management & Buyer Coordination - Collaborate between buyers and production teams to process and allocate orders, document instructions from meetings, and track progress through to shipment. Inventory & Fabric Management - Manage procurement, stock, and usage of fabrics and raw materials; source trims and components locally; maintain Fabric Book and stock registers; reconcile bills and oversee issuing, collection, and consumption across production. Production Planning & Quality - Plan and monitor daily to monthly workflows, distribute workloads based on artisan skills, resolve technical issues, support training/upskilling, and ensure garment quality through corrections, alterations, and rework. Finance & Workshop Oversight - Handle artisan payments, petty cash, monthly accounts, and salary disbursals while maintaining a clean, organized workshop, overseeing assets, and conducting regular team reviews. Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of relevant experience in garment production or coordination roles. Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
