Core Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:Diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network problems on desktop systems.Installation and Configuration:Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.User Support:
Providing technical assistance and guidance to users, answering their questions, and resolving their issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.System Maintenance:Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of desktop systems, including patching, updating software, and maintaining hardware.Remote Troubleshooting:Providing technical support remotely to users, diagnosing issues, and guiding them through troubleshooting steps.Additional Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
Tracking and managing computer hardware and software assets within the organization.Network Support:Assisting with basic network troubleshooting and support.Training:
Providing training and support to users on new systems, applications, and hardware.Collaboration:Working with other IT teams and departments to address complex issues and coordinate projects.Customer Service:
Maintaining excellent troubleshooting skills and providing timely and effective support to users.
