Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data related to books, stationery, and other products into inventory management systems.
Maintain up-to-date records of stock movements—both inward and outward.
Cross-check stock received with purchase orders and physical stock.
Regularly update stock levels and notify discrepancies to the concerned department.
Use Excel formulas including VLOOKUP to verify stock records and ensure data integrity.
Assist in stock audits and reconciliation processes.
Generate inventory reports and summaries as required by the Warehouse/Inventory team.
Collaborate with the purchase and order department for real-time data updates.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: PUC or Any Graduate.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
Prior experience in stock entry or inventory data management is preferred.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of basic inventory or warehouse management systems is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
