Job Description

Assistant Technical Sales Manager

Locations:

Vadodara
Pune
Ahmedabad
Coimbatore

Role:
Responsible for direct technical sales of Industrial Automation products (Motors, Gear Motors, Gear Boxes, VFDs, etc.) to OEM and end-user customers. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection with focus on solution/value selling.

Job Description (JD) :

Handle direct sales (not via dealers/channel partners).
Manage 30+ OE & end-user customers with business volumes of 50 lakh 2 Cr.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, close deals, and ensure payment collection.
Provide technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

Experience: 6 - 10 years in Technical Sales (Direct Sales only).
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics.
Preferred Experience: Selling Industrial Automation products.
Skills: Strong communication, technical, and solution/value selling.
Not Eligible: Candidates from DG / Transformers / Switchgear industry.
