Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in retail management (furniture industry preferred)
Age Requirement: 30–45 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager (Female) to lead our showroom operations in Ghitorni. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, sales-driven, and capable of managing all aspects of the store—from team supervision to client engagement and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients, interior designers, builders, and vendors
• Coordinate and conduct site visits for furniture placement and measurements
• Manage inbound and outbound sales
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients
• Handle retail loss prevention and inventory management
• Meet sales targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role
• Prior experience in the furniture industry is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Understanding of retail sales principles and customer engagement strategies
• Knowledge of furniture layout and placement for home settings
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
