Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our fast-paced Pizza & Wings location. As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a team of enthusiastic employees. Your leadership will be key to maintaining quality food, a clean store, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Help manage inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
• Open and close the store as needed
• Perform cashier duties, food prep, and other tasks as required during busy shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
