Role & responsibilities

  • Store Operations Management:

    Oversee the performance of multiple stores, ensuring compliance with company policies, inventory management standards, and visual merchandising guidelines. Collaborate with store managers to optimize store operations and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Sales and Product Strategy:

    Develop and execute detailed monthly sales plans, drive sales growth, meet revenue targets, and identify opportunities for improvement. Formulate strategies to enhance store performance and overall profitability.
  • Customer Analysis:

    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for store improvements or new product introductions. Conduct in-depth market research to adjust sales strategies in alignment with market conditions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Ensure that all stores deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer satisfaction, building lasting relationships with our esteemed clientele.
  • Leadership & Team Development:

    Supervise and mentor store managers and staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Implement training programs to promote career development and high levels of team engagement.
  • Operational Excellence:

    Maintain superior store cleanliness and hygiene standards. Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all locations.
  • Travel Requirements:

    Willingness to travel domestically 7-10 days per month to support business growth and strengthen market presence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 years (preferably 5+ years) of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or area manager role, preferably in the Textile & Apparel industry.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business leaders and decision-makers.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
    • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability, with a deep understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights and improve performance
    • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
    • Results-driven, target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to adapt and perform fieldwork as required.
