Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, maintain high customer satisfaction levels, and ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of daily store management, customer service, and merchandising. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, customer service, and merchandising activities. - Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets. - Coordinate, monitor, and report on daily operations. - Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving new stock, and conducting stock checks. - Train, coach, and motivate style associates to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. - Manage employee schedules, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and enforce disciplinary actions. - Take charge of entire store operations such as visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage prevention. - Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, managing expenses, maintaining reports, and conducting audits. - Address customer complaints and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - PUC/Intermediate/Diploma with 4+ years of experience in the retail fashion industry, or a Graduate with 1+ year of experience in the same field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques. - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
