Job Purpose:

To assist in the efficient handling, storage, and issuance of food, beverages, and other inventory items, ensuring accurate stock control and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Storekeeper in receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming materials and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage of food and non-food items as per category (dry, chilled, frozen, beverages, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area in compliance with FSSAI and company standards.
• Support daily inventory counts and update stock records in the inventory management system.
• Assist in issuing materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods are followed.
• Coordinate with the Purchase team for documentation and GRN (Goods Received Note) processing.
• Check expiry dates and ensure timely disposal of expired or damaged goods as per company policy.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and storage SOPs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of F&B inventory operations.
• Knowledge of stock control systems (manual or digital).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move stock safely.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum HSC or Diploma in Store Management / Hotel Management / Supply Chain.
• 1–2 years of experience in stores or inventory role within the F&B / Hospitality industry preferred.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory software, POS systems) desirable.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced F&B operation (restaurant, bar, or catering setup).
• May require working in cold storage areas or lifting moderate weights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,441.86 - ₹20,000.52 per month
