Job Description

Assist in preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
Cook basic dishes under supervision, ensuring proper cooking techniques and taste standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and work surfaces.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
Help packing and garnish dishes for service.
Report any kitchen equipment faults or maintenance needs.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
