Job Description: As a Production Executive at Devyani Food Industries Limited, located in Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, you will play a vital role in our Ice Cream Plant team. With 4-6 years of experience in FMCG, Dairy, or Ice Cream industries, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the production operations efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day activities of ice cream production, such as mixing, freezing, and packaging. It will be your duty to ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and equipment efficiency is optimized. You will be tasked with monitoring manpower, shift schedules, and resource utilization to streamline the production process. Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including FSSAI and HACCP regulations, will be a key aspect of your role. Keeping detailed records of production data, wastage, and downtime will also be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with other departments, including Maintenance, Quality, and Store, is essential to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of high-quality ice cream products to customers. Therefore, strong communication and coordination skills are required for this position. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors or Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with your hands-on experience in production management, will be valuable assets in contributing to the success of our Ice Cream Plant operations.
