Job Overview
We are hiring Assistant Service Technicians (Male candidates only) for a full-time position. No prior work experience is required as complete training will be provided by the company. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who want to build a long-term career in technical service and customer support. You will assist in the installation and maintenance of hygiene equipment and gain valuable hands-on skills while working in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of hygiene equipment and dispensers at client locations
• Learn troubleshooting and repair skills under the guidance of senior technicians
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities and maintain records
• Coordinate with the office and warehouse team for spare parts and service requirements
• Provide friendly and professional support to clients during service visits
• Follow safety and quality standards during all field operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: ITI, or Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic interest in technical or mechanical work
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions for service visits
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹1.44 LPA with the potential to grow up to ₹2.4 LPA based on performance within 2 years
