Assistant Service Delivery Manager

As a Senior Assistant Service Delivery Manager at Clarion Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading technology-driven delivery in the IT services business. Your responsibilities will include: - Deep understanding and expertise in development using the Microsoft tech stack including C#, .NET 4.0+, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and MS SQL Server. - Strong experience in leading teams using modern front-end technologies like Angular.js, Vue.js, or JavaScript. - Leading teams through the Agile cadence, including daily stand-ups with UK teams, sprint planning, backlog management, in-sprint development & testing, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. - Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, understanding of design decisions and their long-term impact. - Promoting industry best practices, mentoring teams, and driving code quality through peer reviews and clean coding principles. - Deep understanding of DevOps tools and execution across the full CI/CD lifecycle. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Planning and conducting Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring high levels of quality, tech excellence, and timely project deliveries. - Driving revenue growth and profitability, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technology, Talent Acquisition, and RMG. - Building high-performing teams, ensuring continuous learning, and controlling attrition. - Handling escalations, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency in service delivery. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT or related fields. - 10+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong exposure to North American, European, or Australian markets. - Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, Agile methodologies, and DevOps. - Experience in building, mentoring, and leading technology teams. - Strong track record in account management, stakeholder management, and customer relationships. - Excellent communication & presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal supervision. - Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
