Assistant Service Delivery Manager

As a Senior Assistant Service Delivery Manager at Clarion Technologies, your role is crucial in leading technology-driven delivery within the IT services business. You will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and Software Engineers to ensure successful project delivery, stakeholder management, and technological excellence. Your collaboration with leadership across the organization will drive customer satisfaction, revenue & profitability growth, technical innovation, and employee engagement. Your hands-on technical expertise in software development, strong delivery management experience, and customer-first approach will be key to driving business success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deep understanding and expertise in development using the Microsoft tech stack including C#, .NET 4.0+, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and MS SQL Server. - Strong experience in leading teams using modern front-end technologies like Angular.js, Vue.js, or JavaScript. - Lead teams through the Agile cadence, including daily stand-ups with UK teams, sprint planning, backlog management, in-sprint development & testing, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. - Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, understanding of design decisions and their long-term impact. - Promote industry best practices, mentor teams, and drive code quality through peer reviews and clean coding principles. - Deep understanding of DevOps tools and execution across the full CI/CD lifecycle. - Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Plan and conduct Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, ensure high levels of quality, tech excellence, and timely project deliveries. - Drive revenue growth and profitability, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technology, Talent Acquisition, and RMG. - Build high-performing teams, ensure continuous learning, and control attrition. - Handle escalations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency in service delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related fields. - 10+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong exposure to North American, European, or Australian markets. - Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, Agile methodologies, and DevOps. - Experience in building, mentoring, and leading technology teams. - Strong track record in account management, stakeholder management, and customer relationships. - Excellent communication & presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal supervision. - Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.,
