Position: Assistant Security Officer
Location: Plutone Mall, Rourkela

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a Security & Fire Officer
• Well-versed in cinema security and fire safety operations
• Strong communication skills
• Graduate or 3-year Diploma holder
• Certified in Fire and Safety
• Proficient in MS Office

Role Essentials:

• Oversee and manage all security operations within the cinema premises
• Ensure implementation and adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in developing and improving security and safety policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitoring of premises
• Access control and visitor management
• Conducting security checks
• Incident documentation and reporting
• Maintenance of security equipment
• Emergency response handling
• Ensuring fire & safety compliance
• Maintaining security and fire registers
• Daily surveillance activity reporting
• Staff training and development
• Cross-department collaboration
• Compliance with company policies
