Job Description

Assistant SEO Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 Years - 8 Years

Location: Gurugram

Note: Candidate must have Agency Experience.

We are looking for an Assistant SEO Manager Digital Marketing with strong agency experience. The ideal candidate should have handled 30+ projects, possess excellent communication skills, and have a solid SEO background (technical, on-page, content).

Responsibilities/ Requirements

The role requires end-to-end project ownership, strong client management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams. Experience with GA4, GSC, SEO tools, reporting, and stakeholder communication is essential. Exposure to international clients, SaaS/B2B SEO, and team mentoring will be an added advantage.
Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy
Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy
Communication to team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
Contribution to the company blog and at least one social media community
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
Develop and implement link building campaigns
Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals.

Note: Candidate must have Agency Experience.
