Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant at Sanidhya Gupta & Co. The role is based in Lucknow, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, organizing and managing schedules, maintaining documentation, coordinating with teams, and providing timely information to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities may include handling communications, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines

  • Prior experience in administrative assistance or a related role is a plus
