Assistant sales manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager in Outbound International Holiday Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's travel products or services, such as tours, accommodations, and transportation. Your role will involve understanding different cultural nuances, conducting market research, and developing tailored sales strategies for specific regions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients in international markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. - Advise clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities. - Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds. - Promote and sell travel packages and services tailored to specific markets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Participate in international travel fairs, BTL activities, and tourism events. - Stay updated on international travel trends and market dynamics. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry. - Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
