Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Pune. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales activities, managing customer relationships, and developing sales strategies. Key tasks include sales reporting, customer engagement, market research, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and promote Internet Leased Line (ILL) and related connectivity solutions.

Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

Schedule meetings with IT heads, admin teams, and purchase managers of SMEs, corporates, and commercial establishments.

Explain product features, uptime commitment, service SLAs, and pricing models to potential clients.

Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility checks and proposal submissions.

Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and closures with timely reporting.

Maintain CRM data, daily call logs, and activity trackers.

Participate in product training and client onboarding processes.

Required Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of B2B sales or willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of internet services and enterprise connectivity (advantageous but not mandatory).

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA in Marketing / Sales / Telecom Management / IT or related fields.

Strong interest in technology solutions and B2B field sales.

Growth Opportunity:
