As an Assistant Sales Manager (Domestic) at AL SAAJ EXPORT & IMPORT LLP, your role will involve handling sales activities within domestic markets. This includes identifying potential clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will also include prospecting, preparing sales reports, collaborating with teams for successful product delivery, and addressing customer queries to ensure satisfaction. You will be expected to strategize to meet business objectives while upholding company values and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize sales and business development skills for prospecting, pitching, and negotiating deals - Manage client relationships effectively through communication and issue resolution - Demonstrate experience in Agro products sales, specifically Tea, spices, pulses, and rice - Utilize organizational and analytical skills for reporting, data interpretation, and market analysis - Stay updated on domestic market trends, customer preferences, and product knowledge - Possess basic proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM software, and B2B portals - Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment Qualifications: - Sales and business development skills - Client relationship management abilities - Experience in Agro products sales - Organizational and analytical skills - Understanding of domestic market trends and customer preferences - Proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM software, and B2B portals - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Experience in the export or related industry is an advantage Please note that only immediate joiner candidates will be accepted for this position.
