Assistant Retail Store Manager

As a Store Supervisor, your role includes maintaining the store to standards by stocking and cleaning, ensuring a consistent standard of customer service, processing refunds and exchanges, and resolving complaints. You will be responsible for completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, providing leadership, example, and direction to all employees, and motivating them to focus on the mission. Additionally, you will need to take disciplinary action when necessary, hire, train, and develop new employees, and assist the Supervisor in organizing the employee schedule and executing promotional material and in-store displays. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain store standards, including stocking and cleaning - Ensure consistent customer service - Process refunds and exchanges, resolve complaints - Complete tasks accurately and efficiently - Provide leadership and direction to employees - Motivate employees, ensuring a focus on the mission - Take disciplinary action when necessary - Assist in hiring, training, and developing new employees - Help in organizing employee schedule and executing promotional material - Ensure health, safety, and security rules are followed - Assist in sales record keeping and bank deposits - Verify invoice receipts and process transit accept - Record and study daily sales versus receiving data Qualifications Required: - Minimum 18 years old - Secondary School Education Level - Initiative, responsibility, helpfulness, humility, courtesy, and decent dressing - Ability to work autonomously and in rotation - Willingness to work weekends and public holidays if needed - Leadership skills and character - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math and computer skills - Experience working in a retail environment In addition, the company prefers candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in retail store management.
