Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Indian Hotels Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Analyze sales reports and develop plans to improve profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve excellent customer service.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
