This role includes overseeing cloud kitchen production, daily kitchen operations, delivery orders, and private events & catering. The candidate will also systemize regular operations, improve processes, and be the face of Dough Re Mi during events. The ideal candidate must be well-groomed, presentable, and have polished English communication skills . Key Responsibilities Kitchen & Cloud Kitchen Operations Manage day-to-day kitchen and production operations Coordinate with the team for timely preparation of bakery & dessert items Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards Handle inventory, raw material purchase, and vendor coordination Delivery & Order Management Manage Swiggy/Zomato or other delivery operations Ensure correct packaging, order dispatch, and smooth order flow Monitor customer feedback and resolve operational issues Private Parties & Event Coordination Identify, negotiate with, and onboard vendors (crockery, cutlery, dcor, wait staff,etc.) Plan and execute private parties, gatherings, and premium events from start to finish Train staff to conduct themselves professionally during events Coordinate with clients and act as the face of Dough Re Mi at events Ensure brand presentation, quality, and smooth operations Team & Process Management Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management Create systems for efficient back-end operations such as inventory management and order logging Suggest process improvements and support overall operational growth Candidate Requirements 1–10 years of experience in premium caf, bakery, cloud kitchen, or catering/event management Must be well-presented and speak polished English Strong experience in kitchen operations and team handling Comfortable managing private parties, catering, and events Good customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to systemize operations and improve processes Apply Now: Send your resume to recruitments@cocooncarpets.com
