Customer Success Officer (Telecaller)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and overdraft products.
• Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Handle inbound queries and provide prompt, accurate resolutions.
• Follow up with leads to ensure smooth application processing.
• Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and sales) for efficient loan processing.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements

• 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably in finance/loans).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of personal loan/overdraft products (preferred).
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
