Required Skills & Competencies

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
Field sales experience preferred (motor insurance/auto industry is a plus).
Basic understanding of motor insurance products and claim processes.
Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: insurance, management, commerce).
Experience:
03 years in motor insurance, general insurance, or field sales.
License:
Two-wheeler mandatory; driving license required.

Work Environment

High field mobility with daily customer and dealer visits.
Performance-driven role with clear monthly targets.
Coordination with branches, garages, dealers, and service partners.
