Assistant Relationship Manager - Commodity

The role involves coordinating with clients for their daily trades in Commodity, assisting customers in executing trades online, and placing orders on behalf of clients while ensuring healthy revenues without compromising on client profitability. You will be responsible for confirming orders and trades to clients, providing necessary market information to clients, and activating inactive clients through regular follow-up. Additionally, you will need to regularly follow up with clients, handle their queries, and stay updated on micro & macroeconomic indicators, global & domestic financial markets, and their impact on stock movements. Achieving the business targets in terms of revenue generation, client acquisition, client relationship enhancement & upgrade, and ensuring the highest level of service to clients is crucial. The ideal candidate must be a graduate/postgraduate with NISM - Commodity & Currency certification (preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in the broking industry with a background in Commodity knowledge. Good communication skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach are essential for this role.,
