Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Patna. The Assistant will perform various administrative and organizational tasks to support daily business operations, assist in coordinating meetings and schedules, and manage day-to-day office tasks. Other responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that internal processes run smoothly. Collaboration and communication with team members and external stakeholders are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
