Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Understanding of supply chain procedures Coordinate with production staffs to ensure proper storage. A Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the organization's procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and supplier relationships.
