Job Description

As a candidate for this position, your role will involve planning and monitoring all works, identifying risks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating with Design Consultants to ensure the deliverables of all Fire Protection and Alarm services, as well as collecting and validating shop drawings from vendors. Additionally, you will need to execute and monitor all FIRE PROTECTION AND ALARM SERVICES related work, set up the MEP Quality Manual, and ensure proper documentation processes are in place. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and monitor all works, identify risks, and propose mitigation - Coordinate with Design Consultants for Fire Protection and Alarm services deliverables - Collect and validate shop drawings from vendors and issue contractors for work execution - Execute and monitor all FIRE PROTECTION AND ALARM SERVICES related work - Set up the MEP Quality Manual and Inspection Testing Plan - Ensure all materials are certified before site use and maintain delivery trackers - Participate in testing and commissioning activities, maintain testing certificates - Verify, evaluate, and implement changes to the works, recommend to the client for approval - Obtain necessary O & M documents, guarantees, and warranties - Ensure smooth handover of FIRE PROTECTION AND ALARM SERVICES packages Qualifications Required: - Education: BE/ BTech in Mechanical - Experience: 8+ years - Specific skills or certifications: Experience in FIRE PROTECTION AND ALARM SERVICES projects for commercial projects, with knowledge of high side and low side systems Core Competencies: - Knowledge of FIRE PROTECTION AND ALARM SERVICES high side and low side - Design management skills - Execution and quality management expertise - Strong communication skills (Note: The job description did not include any additional details about the company.),
