Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Project Manager - MEP at Cushman & Wakefield in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the site are carried out according to specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quality standards, and design drawings. Your role is crucial in delivering projects that exceed client expectations and minimize escalations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all stakeholders of the project with authority and confidence - Monitor project progress according to General For Construction (GFC), schedules, BOQ, and design specifications - Maintain complete governance over project documentation for all stages and audits - Ensure the quality of all works aligns with client requirements, design documents, and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) - Proactively review workplace systems and processes to drive innovation and enhance business performance - Perform any additional duties requested by your direct manager - Occasionally work extended hours during peak times or major functions/events - Develop operational standards, playbooks, and operating manuals for all business aspects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Minimum 10-12 years of overall experience with 5-6 years in hospital projects - Must have completed at least 2 hospital projects in an IPC/client role - Proficiency in stakeholder coordination, project execution, project scheduling, project quality management, project documentation, project communications, risk management, and compliance, as well as records management Company Details: Cushman & Wakefield is a global real estate services firm committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and communities.
