What this job involves:
Maintaining smooth site operations
Maintaining a seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day
In this role, you ll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems in coordination with design consultants, managing construction of MEPF works and related records for reporting purposes
Aside from these, you ll also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice
Likewise, you ll prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management, Project Safety and Quality Plan
Are you comfortable facing people on a daily basisPart of your job is to assemble and lead a team of experts and bring out the best in each member
You ll constantly coordinate with key stakeholders and manage subcontractors and suppliers You ll carry out negotiations with contractors and suppliers as well
Creating lasting client relationships

Aside from these, you ll also represent and promote JLL throughout the project; and ensure that we meet company profit targets set for the project
Sound like youTo apply you need to have:
Proven expertise in site management
An ideal candi is a certified professional in a building-related discipline, with significant experience in site supervision
A solid background in industrial, Life science/Pharma/Clean rooms/Data Centre/Semiconductor and other relevant project is pre requisite
B
E /B Tech Mechanical Engineer with minimum five years experience in industrial Utility ,Process piping and structural fabrication works
Leadership skills above par
This role calls for a high level of competence to effectively bring out the best that we have to offer
As the person in charge, you ll need to de strate willingness and ability to constantly improve existing competencies
Likewise, you are expected to exhibit a strong willingness to learn the ropes of the job
