Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at ProfitableRooms, located in Gurugram. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating with different departments, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communication. Additionally, the Assistant will maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage schedules, meetings, and communication
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
