As a Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor at the institution, you will play a crucial role in the academic and research activities. Your primary responsibilities will include teaching, industry collaboration, research, and publication of high-quality work. - Hold a Ph.D. with a Masters Degree in Management/Administration or a relevant discipline - Possess a minimum of 10 years of teaching/industry/research/professional experience (5 years at the level of Reader/Associate Professor for Professor position) - Have significant professional work experience recognized at a national/international level as equivalent to a Ph.D. (for exceptional cases) - Demonstrate managerial experience in industry/profession (12 years for Professor, 10 years for Associate Professor, and unspecified for Assistant Professor) - Show evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals - Published work can also include books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, and filed patents - For Professor: Ph.D. with Masters Degree in Management/Administration or relevant discipline, and significant teaching/industry/research/professional experience - For Associate Professor: Ph.D. with Masters Degree in Management/Administration or relevant discipline, and significant managerial experience in industry/profession - For Assistant Professor: Ph.D. with First Class Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration or relevant management-related discipline, and published research papers and conference presentations based on Ph.D. work,
