As an Assistant Professor in Operations and Data Sciences at the School of Business Management, NMIMS Hyderabad - Jadcherla Campus, your role will involve: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lectures, case discussions, and practical sessions. Additionally, conducting independent and collaborative research, publishing in reputed national and international journals, contributing to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic committees. You will also be fostering an environment of experiential learning, innovation, and analytical thinking among students, actively participating in departmental meetings, student mentoring, and institutional events, as well as guiding and mentoring students in projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures, case discussions, and practical sessions. - Conduct independent and collaborative research, and publish in reputed national and international journals. - Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic committees. - Foster an environment of experiential learning, innovation, and analytical thinking among students. - Participate actively in departmental meetings, student mentoring, and institutional events. - Guide and mentor students in projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities. **Qualification Required:** - Hold a Ph.D. with a First-Class Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant management-related discipline. - Have published two research papers based on Ph.D. work, with at least one publication in a refereed journal. - Must have presented at least two papers based on Ph.D. research at conferences or seminars sponsored, funded, or supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any equivalent agency. - Published work may also include books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, or patents filed.
