Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Physics situated in the Pune/Baner Area. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in physics, developing and evaluating curriculum, conducting research, and mentoring students. Additional duties include preparing and delivering lectures, grading assignments, participating in academic advising, and contributing to departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality learning materials – notes, MCQs, tests, and video scripts.
• Conduct live and recorded classes for Physics (competitive level).
• Resolve student doubts and provide academic support.
• Develop mock tests and practice questions aligned with exam patterns.
• Keep content up to date with the latest syllabus and trends.

Requirements:

• Qualification is must in CSIR, IIT JAM, GATE etc. exams
• Master’s degree in Physics or a related field.
• Excellent communication and conceptual explanation skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools for online teaching and content development.

Salary Range: 3-4 LPA ( Freshers to experienced )
