Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor specializing in Data Science at MITK, located in Kundapura. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing curriculum, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in academic activities. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the department.

Qualifications

  • M.Tech in Data Science
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Statistical Methods
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide students in academic and professional growth
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Prior teaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory
