Role Highlights:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and practical demonstrations in MLS subjects.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools in line with curriculum requirements.
• Guide students in research projects, seminars, and case studies.
• Ensure smooth conduct of practical classes and maintenance of laboratory standards.
• Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and institutional initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• M.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology / MLS) from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching/research/clinical experience in the field of Medical Laboratory Sciences.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Haematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, and related MLS subjects.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Passion for academic excellence and student engagement.
