Assistant Professor - Management (HR/Marketing)

As an Assistant Professor in Marketing & HR at our esteemed institution in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, your role will encompass academic instruction, research contributions, and active participation in institutional development. Key Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing and Human Resource Management - Design and deliver curriculum aligned with academic and industry standards - Engage in scholarly research, paper publications, and participation in academic conferences - Mentor and guide students on dissertations, internships, and live projects - Contribute to departmental and university-level academic planning and events - Collaborate with industry professionals for workshops, guest lectures, and placements Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM in relevant discipline with first class or equivalent - Ph.D. in the respective domain or NET/SET qualified candidates preferred - 0-4 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience - Candidates with publications in UGC CARE / Scopus-indexed journals will be prioritized - Desirable skills include proficiency in outcome-based education (OBE) and strong communication and interpersonal skills In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic growth and development of students in the Marketing & HR domain.
