Assistant Professor - Management (HR/Marketing)

Role Overview: As an Assistant Professor in Marketing & HR at our esteemed institution in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in the Faculty of Management Studies. Your responsibilities will include academic instruction, research contributions, and active involvement in institutional development. You are expected to excel in teaching, research, and industry collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing & Human Resource Management. - Develop and deliver curriculum that meets academic and industry standards. - Engage in scholarly research, publish papers, and participate in academic conferences. - Mentor students on dissertations, internships, and projects. - Contribute to academic planning and events at both departmental and university levels. - Collaborate with industry professionals for workshops, guest lectures, and placement opportunities. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing or HR with first class or equivalent. - Ph.D. in the respective domain or NET/SET qualified candidates are preferred. - 0-4 years of experience in teaching, research, or relevant industry roles. - Candidates with publications in UGC CARE/Scopus-indexed journals will be given priority. - Proficiency in outcome-based education (OBE) and strong communication skills are desirable.
