Knowledge of digital transformation, system integration, and academic/administrative digitization is essential. Experience in branding, promotions, and institutional positioning are also valuable skills. The Vice Chancellor will be responsible for Strategic Planning and Institutional Growth, demonstrating visionary leadership in growth management, international collaborations, and long-term sustainability. A track record of enabling inclusive development and global outreach is highly desirable. The ideal candidate profile includes a senior academic or industry leader with at least 10 years of top-level institutional or organizational management experience.
