Responsibilities:
Teaching and Instruction:Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Logistics & Supply Chain Management to undergraduate students of the BBA Maritime Logistics programme.Develop and update course curricula, syllabi, and teaching materials relevant to the specific needs of maritime logistics students.Employ innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning and engagement.Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, presentations, and other evaluation methods.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.Curriculum Development:Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Logistics & Supply Chain Management curriculum within the BBA Maritime Logistics programme.Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry best practices and the evolving needs of the maritime and logistics sector.Integrate relevant case studies and real-world examples from the maritime and logistics industry into course content, including port operations, shipping, and global trade.Student Support:Mentor and advise undergraduate students on academic and career-related matters.Hold regular office hours to provide individual support and guidance to students.Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management in the Maritime sector, Teaching skills.Teaching Undergraduate students of BBA Maritime Logistics programme.
