Qualification : M.Tech in computer science and engineering

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures for UG and PG programs in Computer Science & Engineering.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, lab manuals, and academic content.
• Conduct laboratory sessions, tutorials, and remedial classes for slow learners.
• Use innovative teaching methods, ICT tools, and modern pedagogies to enhance learning.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, internal exams, and practical assessments.

2. Curriculum & Academic Support

• Contribute to syllabus development and course restructuring as per university/AICTE guidelines.
• Participate in academic planning, question paper setting, and exam-related duties.
• Assist in accreditation work (NBA/NAAC) by preparing documentation and evidence.

3. Research & Development

• Undertake research projects, publish papers in reputed journals, and present work at conferences.
• Guide students in mini-projects, major projects, internships, and research activities.
• Apply for funded research proposals and collaborate with industry/research bodies.

4. Student Mentoring

• Act as a mentor for allocated students and support their academic and personal development.
• Provide guidance on career opportunities, higher studies, skill development, and certifications.

5. Departmental Activities

• Support HoD in departmental operations and academic administration.
• Participate in departmental meetings, events, workshops, FDPs, seminars, and technical fests.
• Assist in maintaining lab equipment, software licenses, and resource planning.

6. Professional Development

• Continuously upgrade knowledge in emerging technologies (AI, ML, Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud, etc.).
• Attend training programs, workshops, and faculty development programs (FDPs).

7. Institutional Responsibilities

• Participate in college committees, admission duties, examination duties, and discipline monitoring.
• Contribute towards institutional development, community activities, and outreach programs.

8. Ethical & Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and code of conduct inside and outside the classroom.
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and compliance with institutional regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
